State appropriated capital construction funds will be documented and monitored according to the requirements set forth in the State Buildings Programs Policies and Procedures Manual for Agencies and Institutions.
Additional monies not a part of State appropriated capital construction, will be monitored by the Construction Manager and the Vice President for Finance and Administration to ensure that these expenditures are for legitimate new projects and conform to State regulations.
