Implementation of C.R.S § 23-7-108.5 (1) (b) Concerning Tuition Classification of Armed Forces Veteran Dependents

MOVED, that the Board of Trustees for Fort Lewis College approves, as allowable under C.R.S. § 23-7-108.5 (1) (b), in-state tuition status to any dependent of an honorably discharged member of the armed forces of the United States who enrolls at Fort Lewis College, if that honorably discharged veteran meets, for any length of time, the presumptions and rules for maintaining a domicile in Colorado described in C.R.S. § 23-7-103, and directs the President or designee to develop, administer and maintain appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines necessary to implement the same.
